MANTAB – Manganese containing tablets/Mn+flux , Mn +Al or Mn+flux+Al/ for alloying aluminum, also for fine correction of Mn content in many types of aluminum alloys. Chemical composition: Mn – 70-80% +/- 1% Fe - max. 0.3%, Si – max. 0.2% Other exept flux or Al – max. 0.5% Size ø 90 /size dependant on chosen Mn content per tablet/ T° range 720 – 750°C Pick up time 90% for 40 min. 2. FEROTAB – Iron containing tablets/Fe+flux , Fe +Al or Fe+flux+Al/ for alloying aluminum, also for fine correction of Fe content in many types of aluminum alloys. Cover flux for aluminum alloys preventing metal oxidation, helps metal tiny drops coalescence forming a light powderly dross easy to skim. Chemical composition: Chlorcomplexes – 80%, Florcomplexes – 15%, Aluminatecomplexes – 5%, humidity max.- 1% Size – 0-2mm., Consumption 1.5 – 2 kg./t., T° of use 680 – 760°C. Packing 25 kg. polyethylengs, 1Mt. on pallet. 3.DEGASSER - N – Product in tablet form. The micronised ingredients of the product react intensively with non metallic inclusions and H2 in the melt. The intence N2 gas formation floats the inclusions at melt slag zone. The formed light poor of metal slag is easily removed. The product does not contain hecxachlorethane. Size 90mm./250 or 500gr. Packing 25 kg. polyethylengs, 1Mt. on pallet. 6.DETERM /flux for Al alloys/- powder mixture of special components which react with oxides in the slag to convert them in form of complex compounds which can be easily skimmed as dross. Chemical composition: Florcomplexes – 60%, Aluminatecarbonatecomplexes – 30%, gas forming CO2, N2, P2O5 – 25%, humidity max.- 1% Size – 0-2mm., Consumption 1.5 – 2 kg./t., T° of use 680 – 760°C. Demag is a mighty demagging and modifying flux, 25kg. lowers Mg content with 0.25%/Mt Al. Chemical composition: Chlorcomplexes – 20%, Florcomplexes – 60%, Aluminatecomplexes – 20%, humidity max.- 1% Size – 0-2mm., Consumption 1.5 – 2 kg. for modification/t.,for demagging depending of desired Mg cont., T° of use 680 – 760°C.
